Where the new McAfee will go after its spins out from Intel

EXCLUSIVE: Chris Young will be the CEO of McAfee after the security company spins off from Intel in a deal valued at $4.2 billion. With that, McAfee will become an independent company, 51 percent owned by private equity firm TPG and 49 percent owned by Intel.
