WeTransfer buys creative apps Paper and Paste from FiftyThree

FiftyThree, the app developer of the popular iOS sketching app Paper, has had its assets acquired by WeTransfer, a cloud-based file transfer company. Details regarding the acquisition and terms weren’t disclosed, but WeTransfer announced in its newsroom that the deal includes FiftyThree’s entire patent portfolio, assets, and the executive team, which will remain on board.
