What makes companies like Microsoft, AT&T, Philips, and Cisco tick? The answer lies in a little something called Agile Project Management, a collaborative and ultra-productive methodology that uses rapid iterations called "sprints" to continuously improve a product while eliminating errors.
Agile originated some 50 years ago in a paper written by computer scientist William Royce and was later refined in a so-called "Agile Manifesto" published by 17 software developers in 2001.
