Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor with an upgraded vapor cooling system, the OnePlus 13 will be available in China starting on November 1st in configurations ranging from ¥4,499 (around $632) for 12GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, up to ¥5,999 (around $843) for 24GB RAM and a f
