The New York Times is shutting down the NYT Now app

The New York Times is shutting down its NYT Now app, a move that pushes readers to use its main news app.
The company announced the decision in a note from Kinsey Wilson, the VP of innovation and strategy, and David Perpich, head of product.
"Today, we are announcing that we are retiring NYT Now because we have successfully incorporated so many of its innovations into our main news products," Wilson and Perpich wrote in the note. 
Now, the Times is only operating its main app for news.
