Selena Gomez and The Weeknd have allegedly broken up

Another celebrity couple bites the dust, and we didn't feel it coming. 
Selena Gomez and The Weeknd (née Abel Tesfaye) have called it quits according to People. 
The two had been dating since January 2017, when a photo of them canoodling outside of a restaurant surfaced. Throughout their relationship, they made several public appearances together, including the 2017 Met Gala.
