Nokia CEO sees Europe lagging China, U.S. in 5G roll-outs

BARCELONA (Reuters) - Europe does not have the catalysts for rapid, large-scale rollouts for next-generation 5G networks, Nokia CEO Rajeev Suri said on Sunday.
