NASA delays its satellite launch from the belly of a plane (again)

NASA's CYGNSS mission, an initiative to send eight small satellites into space on a Pegasus XL rocket, has been delayed once again. The launch was originally scheduled for Monday, but was scrubbed because of a faulty hydraulic pump. It was rescheduled for Wednesday, but has been cancelled yet again due to software issues. A new launch date hasn't been set yet.
