Lyft is growing at a faster rate than Uber, but it still has a long way to go

As Uber stumbled from a series of self-inflicted scandals, Lyft’s business continues to grow. Bloomberg reported today that Lyft’s gross bookings, the revenue earned by its drivers, grew by about 25 percent to $1 billion in the second quarter from $800 million in the previous period.
