Japan's Line teams up with Mizuho, Tencent; shares leap

Japanese chat app operator Line Corpwill set up a bank with Mizuho Financial Group Incand also partner China's Tencent Holdings Ltdto offer mobile payment services - plans which saw its stock rise 13 percent on Tuesday.
