Instagram won’t approve new augmented reality effects because of COVID-19 limitations

In an update posted to its Facebook Group for people who make filters, the company said it’s sending its reviewers home because of COVID-19 infection concerns. When home, they won’t be able to approve or publish new effects.“We’re actively exploring ways to offset this disruption and let creators get back to publishing,”
