Instagram may let users start hiding hashtags from posts

If you want to boost your follower count without having to use an embarrassing amount of hashtags, Instagram is testing a feature that might let you hide hashtags from your captions. Developer Jane Manchun Wong tweeted a screenshot of the new feature, which lets you add an unlimited number of hashtags without having them appear in the final post.In the tweet below, you can see she added four hashtags like #city and #hongkong:
