Viewers can be forgiven for smirking at the seeming double entendre in the title of Marina Zenovich’s HBO documentary Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind. It’s not just that we live in an age of off-color call-and-response, where “That’s what s/he said” and “69? Nice” have bec
