How to add and change watchfaces on your Apple Watch

In fact, you can do it either from the Watch itself or on your iPhone. And if you’re tired of your current choices, you can always add a new one.
On your iPhone
To switch to a previously installed watchface:Open the Watch app. You’ll see a scrolling line of the watchfaces you’ve previously installed.
