HDR games won’t work on the PS4 if the PSVR is plugged in

Here's an annoying little bug you might not have heard about. If you're buying a PSVR headset (out October 13th) and hooking it up to your PlayStation 4, you'll have to disconnect it if you want to take advantage of the console's support for High Dynamic Range. It's not a terrible blow by any account, but it's a little bit inconvenient to have to juggle cables — unplugging the PSVR and then reconnecting your console — when you want those higher contrasts.
This point was noted in
