Facebook will train its employees on managing political bias

Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg announced at an event last night that Facebook will be requiring political bias training for employees, according to a report from The Hill.
According to the report, Sandberg told a crowd that the company has already held classes "focused on racial bias, age bias, gender bias, national bias — and we’re going to add in a scenario now on political bias." The Hill also reports that the training will be mandatory for all employees.
