Facebook now lets anyone make their own Snapchat-like photo frame

Facebook continues to flesh out its in-app camera features, releasing a new tool that lets members of the public create and submit their own custom photo frames for others to use. Like Snapchat’s geo-filters, the frames have to surround — but not obscure — the subject, and offer some connection to a local event or location.
