Discord delays age verification rollout after privacy backlash

Discord is delaying its age verification rollout after significant backlash from users over privacy fears. While it still plans to implement mandatory age checks for all its users, the popular voice chat and messaging platform has pushed back global rollout to the second half of 2026.
