China launches DRAM chip price probe into Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix and Micron

SEOUL (Reuters) - China has launched a probe into Samsung Electronics Co Ltd , SK Hynix Incand Micron Technology Inc , the three semiconductor makers who control the market for DRAM memory chips.
