Big animals had a big week

This is One Good Thing, a weekly column where we tell you about one of the few nice things that happened this week.It's been a breakout week for Knickers, the enormous Australian cow — sorry, steer — that is over 6-feet-tall.
I'm so glad big cows are having their long overdue moment in the spotlight, after fat bears robbed the spotlight last summer. Thankfully, even more beautiful animals emerged this week on Twitter in a watershed moment for the big-animal-positivity movement.
