A Maori performed this soul-stirring haka to protest the Dakota Access Pipeline

A Maori man has performed a soul-stirring haka against the Dakota Access Pipeline on the protest frontline at Standing Rock, in North Dakota.

The man performed the Ngati Kahungunu tribal haka Tika Tonu in front of a line of protesters, who cheered him after the effort. Native Americans, environmentalists and supporters have set up camp for the past few months near the Standing Rock Indian Reservation to
