Subway ends 10-month CMO search with hire of Carrie Walsh

Subway has named Carrie Walsh as chief marketing officer for North America, a role left vacant since Joe Tripodi confirmed his retirement in January.
Walsh joins from arts and crafts retailer Michaels Stores, where she was the senior vice-president of marketing since 2016. Her resume also includes a three-year stint as the chief marketer of Pizza Hut and various senior roles at PepsiCo.
