Hundreds of thousands of Verizon customers were unable to make calls or send texts after a massive network outage on Wednesday that lasted hours. Verizon says the issue has now been resolved, but has not yet revealed a cause. NBC’s Brian Cheung joins TODAY to break down the fallout.
