Verizon Offers $20 Credit to Customers Impacted by Outage

Verizon is now offering a $20 credit to customers impacted by the massive service outage on Wednesday. The outage lasted more than 10 hours, disrupting cellular and data services for tens of thousands of customers. The credit can be redeemed on the My Verizon app.
