Twitter founder Jack Dorsey steps down as CEO

Jack Dorsey has stepped down as CEO of Twitter, a company he co-founded in 2006. Former Chief Technology Officer Parag Agrawal was appointed CEO, effective immediately after Dorsey's announcement.
