‘Trust Stamp’ Vaccine Record And Payment System To Be Tested On Low-Income Africans

GAVI and Mastercard are partnering in Africa to test a biometric digital identity system, vaccination records, and a payment system all rolled into one platform. Those tested will be poor, uneducated Africans who don’t have a clue.
The GAVI alliance is largely funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Rockefeller Foundation. In short, Africans are being used as human guinea pigs for experimental programs that when perfected, will be rolled out to the rest of the world. ⁃ TN
