Tropical Storm Beryl expected to make landfall in Texas as hurricane

Tropical Storm Beryl is expected to make landfall on the Texas coast as a Category 1 hurricane early Monday, accompanied by a life-threatening storm surge and damaging winds, U.S. forecasters said.
