SpaceX's uncrewed Starship explodes during test flight

A test flight for SpaceX’s massive Starship rocket ended with a high-altitude explosion just minutes after takeoff. While things did not go as planned, both NASA and SpaceX are touting it as a success. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
