Japan Regulators OK Costly Ice Wall at Fukushima Plant

Japanese regulators have approved the use of a giant refrigeration system to create an unprecedented underground frozen barrier around buildings at the wrecked Fukushima nuclear plant in an attempt to contain leaking radiative water
