Driverless Waymo taxis over-run Atlanta neighborhood

Residents say they saw roughly 50 driverless Waymo cars come through the neighborhood with no passengers and no apparent reason for being there. Video captures the chaos when a common traffic street sign was put out to try to keep the cars away. NBC News’ Tom Costello reports.
