As TikTok ban looms, users turn to other Chinese-based platforms

A federal ban on popular Chinese-owned app TikTok is set to take effect on Sunday if it's not sold, but there are new efforts underway to stop it. The threat of going without their favorite app has some users turning to other Chinese-based platforms. NBC’s Savannah Sellers reports for TODAY.
