911 access expanding with new technology

Emergency callers in some parts of the U.S. can now connect with dispatchers through text, photos, videos, social media, and even have their messages translation. NBC News' Ali Vitali joins a call center in Franklin County, Illinois, to learn about the new technology called "Next Generation 911."
