HOT SPRINGS — Wilton O’Neal Shelton, 84, of Hot Springs, formerly of Fort Smith, died Monday, Feb. 22, 2016. He was born Aug. 5, 1931, in Paris. He was a member of Haven Heights Baptist Church in Fort Smith where he taught Sunday school, retired from the Arkansas Plant Board as an investigator and was the widower of Dena Clem.
