Willie R. Sparks

Willie R. Sparks, age 81, of Beaver, Ohio, died Monday Feb. 12, 2018 at the SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. He was born Sept. 3, 1936 in Stricklett, Kentucky, a son of the late John and Lora Carver Sparks.
