William Klusmeier

William Walter Klusmeier, son of Bill and Betty Klusmeier, passed away Feb. 6, 2016, of early­ onset Alzheimer’s disease at the age of 58. Walt was born in Fort Smith, the youngest of five siblings. He attended the University of Arkansas, where he received a degree in zoology. After a four-year period of underwater welding in the Gulf of Mexico, Walt married his life­long love, Lisa Hathcock Klusmeier. Together, they had three children, Cathryn, Andrew and Jacob Klusmeier.
