William Coatney

William “Tuffy” Coatney, 68, of Rudy passed away Saturday, Jan. 23, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was born June 6, 1947, in Mulberry. He was a supervisor for Riverside and a member of Liberty Fellowship in Van Buren. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War, and was a justice of the peace for District 10 in Crawford County. He was preceded in death by his father, William Coatney Sr.
