MONROE — William Robert “Bob” Acker, 77, of Poteau (Monroe) died Tuesday, March 15, 2016, in Monroe. He was born Dec. 20, 1938, in Poteau. He was a Navy veteran, a pump service mechanic and a member of Springhill Baptist Church.
