Willard McCarthy

NORMAL — Willard J. “Bill” McCarthy, 94, retired professor of industrial technology at Illinois State University, died Friday (Feb. 3, 2017) while living at Sugar Creek Alzheimer's Care Center, Normal, where he had resided for more than two years.
