Wilka Gibbs

Wilka Jean Gibbs, 89, of Fort Smith passed away July 18, 2016. She was born Sept. 5, 1926 in Cass to the late Charley and Sarah Mounce. She was a member of Spradling Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Mathes Gibbs, and seven siblings.
