Victor Turner

James Victor Turner, 68, of Ozark died Sunday, April 3, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was a lineman for 34 years at South Central Electric Co‐Op in Arkadelphia and of the Methodist faith. He was a volunteer for the Arkadelphia Fire Department and a member of the River Valley Antique Tractor Club. Vic was born July 24, 1947, in Shelbyville, Mo., to the Rev. Ellis and Viola Osborn Turner and was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Christopher Turner.
