Verna Marcum, age 80, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 at Edgewood Manor in Wellston. She was born May 27, 1937 in Oak Hill on John Woods Road to the late John and Nancy (Johnson) Woods.
