WEST CHAZY - Thressa Bates, 76, of Rooney Road, passed away on Monday, Jan. 18, 2016, at the CVPH Medical Center. She was born in Plattsburgh on Sept, 10, 1939 the daughter of John and Hazel (Passno) Mangum.
