Theodore Williams

The Rev. Theodore A. Williams was born Dec. 24, 1944, in Fort Smith to Moses Fry and Henrietta Dale Williams. Known as both “BeNine” and “Ted” he spent his early childhood attending Howard Elementary and Lincoln High schools in Fort Smith and later, moved to Oklahoma, where he graduated from Cushing High School.
