Suzanne Ramsey

Suzanne Ramsey, who resided in Paris, passed away Friday, Jan. 22, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born Dec. 4, 1959, in Paris, to the late Hershel Wiggins and Mary Lou (Butler) Wiggins. She was 56 years old. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Alva and Minazelle Wiggins and John and Myrtle Butler.
