Shirley June Marie Rochelle of Waldron, (formerly of Washington) passed from this life Friday, Jan. 15, 2016, in Waldron. Shirley was born June 11, 1931, in Anacortes, Wash., to Albert Howard and Blanche (Zigler) Howard. She was 84 years, 7 months and 4 days old.
