Sarah Hooper

Sarah Ann Hooper, 49, of Fort Smith passed from this life Aug. 4, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was the youngest of five children, born to Thomas and Jo Ann Hooper, July 31, 1967, in Russellville. Sarah graduated from Russellville High School and attended WestArk Community College.
