Sandy Nading was born June 13, 1946, the daughter of Lyle and Patricia (Lange) Nading, in Independence, Iowa. She graduated in Cody, Wyo., in 1964. Following graduation, she moved to Billings, Mont., where she met her future husband Jake Renner.
