MARION —Samuel David Stotlar, 89, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2017, in St. Louis University Hospital. He was born on Tuesday, Sept. 27, 1927, in Herrin, the son of Robert and Eva (Orwin) Stotlar.
