Samuel Hauert

Samuel L. Hauert, 90 years of age, died Jan. 28, 2016, in Tucson, where he had resided for more than 67 years. Sam was born July 10, 1925, in Hugo, Okla., to Henry and Mae Hauert. He attended primary schools in Antlers and Clayton, Okla. In 1939, the family moved to Fort Smith. Soon after graduating from high school, he was drafted and joined the Air Force.
