Ruth Haag

Ruth P. Haag, 86, of Fort Smith died Feb. 20, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born June 6, 1929, in Washington Parish, Franklinton, La., to Willey and Artelia Mizell Pugh. She was a retired registered nurse for St. Edward Mercy Medical Center and a member of Cliff Terrace Assembly of God.
